OGAM Going Egyptian with Splintered Light

Dave-over-the-ponde is gearing up his Egyptians and I plan to add this third pantheon. I'm basing this on Splintered Light, but you could add more mundane warriors from other ranges.

First up is the character figures, most of these need to be chariot mounted or as a small clump to make legends?

The Nekhbet (vulture) figure should be the protector of the Pharaoh, so based with a couple of chariot runners?
Q3 C3 Long, dashing, desert walk @ 88
Bast legend looks perfect for a chariot, so could use same stats as the Pharaoh.

As for gods, Dark Fable seems to be coming through - https://www.darkfableminiatures.com/coming-soon.html I note the Horus on this page – looks good!

I'll also plug Rebel, as they have these that could add an interesting pulp element to your games!

Splintered Light are true (ish) 15mm, so quite small. For “mundane” sections my choice will be Peter Pigs excellent range, as he's a local lad and I can get at a show, thus saving postage. Every bit helps!http://www.peterpig.co.uk/ancients.html.

Horus http://www.splinteredlightminis.com/sonsofhorus.html
Legends
Pharaoh, general or hero in Gryphon chariot Q3 C4 Shooter long, Long move. @ 110
Hero (on foot,with a couple of elites) Q3, C3, dashing, desert walk @ 72

Mortals. The figures from the range fit in well with the list. As for the others-.
Gryphon chariots. Q4 C3 Shooter Long, long move, dashing.@ 42.
Gryphon cavalry Q4 C3 dashing, long move. @ 34.
Gryphons Q4 C2 dashing, desert move. @ 21.

Anubis. Legend. Hero (on foot, with a couple of elites) Q3, C3, dashing, desert walk @ 72
Mortals. Here's the solution to the lack of Jackals!
Now these are 10mm, so quite small. As well as the jackals, you could use them as the light infantry/chariot runners, in the same way I use their satyrs. The guards can be mixed in with the mummies for colour or double-based as elite undead infantry.

Horus
Legends.
Beast of Ammut. A demigod, so quite strong and the raiser of the new scarab-range from the unhearted dead. Q3 C4 Amphibious, big, combat master, dashing. @ 110
Giant scarab Legend Q3 C4 Armoured, Gargantuan, desert walk, hammering blow & 122
Priests in the command set make, well, priests. Say Q3 C2 some combination of Bard, Confound, Cull the weak, Illusions, say. Add pack mule or camel plus acolyte. Or pissed off slave girl.

Mortals (just-)
Lesser scarab cavalry (!) Q4 C3 Armoured, big, desert walk, @ 39 Add Long move for 8 and/or Dashing for 8. That definitely puts them in the rare max 8 category. I can see these charging chariots and bowling them over. Or slamming into infantry. You could upgrade some to Legends.
The scarab soldiers conform to the normal, but should be upgraded to undead.

Thoth
The character above has the look of a priest, so a potential magician Legend??
Q3 C1 Bard, Confound, Desert walk, @ 54.

Set.
The god of the desert and foreigners. So I'd use scorpions and Sherden as well as regular troops.
I'd put the Ethiopian Queen in the place of the Pharaoh as a legend and have Ethiopian troops in the mix. Go on, give 'er a chariot!

Legends. Magicians turned themselves into crocs and hippos during his war with Horus. I'd consider using the given as either, with the option of ambusher.

The croc character above fits in here nicely, as before I'd give him a couple of elites:
Q3 C3, ambusher, armoured, hammering blow, @ 96

Osirus, there's a whole section of Egyptian dead so a simple choice. Rebel, CP Models, RPE all have mummies.

Please, pull this to pieces, come up with your own ideas.
