Last time I did a game based on the 2 smallest forces (same points, though) This time I worked on the 2 largest. no reason, I'm pretty sure we haven't done these before.
My normal modus operandi is to start the blog post as a document that becomes and/or generates the playsheet. This is one of the few times I had everything in front of me ready to rock n roll. Remember, this is all based on my Olympics campaign. This why this type of campaign is good from an "oh shit, I need something for tomorrow". The campaigners creed should be:

A hydra trying to sneak just doesn't work.
Notice that Tony's zooming in on my cyclops. He has a plan.
I begin to assemble my avengers in order to throw back the lion. I can push the damn thing back, but it has to roll a 1 for me to kill it.
I thought I saw a puddy cat! Note that my drunkards are preying rather than advancing.
Lion must have diamond teeth, number of rocks it catches.
Tokenos moves up on the right, taking a supporting position. But the local lad sees him, the crowds with him, he has a rock and throws! Tokenos is down! A beautiful throw and the crowd is going wild! That's first blood to the home team.
Taking advantage of the gap, the party ponies go in and do their thing. But so do the archers, taking one down before clash.
On the other flank the light troops move up in support of the lion.
Aided by those preying pisshead archers, Pan pounces on the hydra, gets pushed back. Hydra doesn't follow up, his primary target is the centaurs.
Lion goes for its target, but gets pounced by Herkules. Now if this had been the other way round, but no, the big feller goes down. Will the pussy wear Herkales skin or carry its club?
Pan goes back in and strangles the snake!

Hiding-
Now comes the big mash. OGAM handles this very well. The sides are actually balanced, a legend & 8 mortals on each side to start. What makes the difference is who's attacking who.
Here she comes again. 1 reaction allows Pan to move into the fray. But she gets to within a long and shoots! One dead pan. Morale- my forces dissolve, leaving the cyclops and the fighting unit here.

My attempt to recall Pan fails. Tony stampedes into my remaining mortals.
In their haste, the archers run into the cyclops.

As always with OGAM, great, varied game with interesting side-themes developing.
