The Widow Hanky, Doggo the outlaw
and the Sheriff of Tuppingham.
A learning curve on using blogger. It don't like tables. I've cut this down to the bare bones. Now it's going so slow! And still problems with formatting.
Deep breath, go "Oooohm" a lot*
(* Oohm is Tibetan for I want more patience and I want it now)
So--- I bought orcs right, during lockdown. Had a notion of Rohan. Bought a load of https://www.dragonfroggames.co.uk/product/frigian-cavalry-with-spears-and-shields-lightly-armored-horse-16-figures-
Thinking originally of smaller scale Robin Hood games - did this:

Plus, I'd bought this Airfix castle at Beach Head for not a lot. Turned this box of bits to this:
The sides. 4 planned, with the possible "guest appearance" of the Bishop's retinue. Still not moved, cannot paint, gaming "truncated" when it's too hot or whatever I need to plan!
A note on playing in 15/18mm. I'm planning quite large forces. I don't think I've seen anyone field large forces of levy in larger scales.
Just after things have settled down from the Annexation. Locals have been put to work. Law and order imposed. The ladies husband has been killed. Some of his retinue return. The Sheriff takes the opportunity to seize the land of a local knight, make him an outlaw and install Sir Git in his stead. Booo!
